Over the 8 hours, Tom will teach you,

Single club exercises to include:

Inward and Outward front circles, back circles, heart shaped swings, hip twists, elbow circles and cross body circles.

Double club exercises to include the above and combinations thereof, in synchronous, and parallel styles.
